6. Price

The purchase price includes VAT, taxes, and fees that are expressly stated in the website’s description of the product/service. Promotions that offer some form of postpaid payment and/or price reductions are subject to compliance with the payment terms by the customer/user. 7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason without the need to give an explanation and without penalty, apart from applicable exceptions. 7.2 If you exercise your right of cancellation, Ruchika Bhatia Makeup will return the full amount of the services to the customer within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used. For bank transfers, however, it is your responsibility to provide bank details (account holder, bank name and address, IBAN) to receive the refund.

7.3 The right of withdrawal for service contracts is excluded after the end of the provision of services if the implementation has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

8 Identify fault and responsibility
